Time: 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM

Level: All levels welcome

Chair Yoga

Perfect for those with limited mobility or balance concerns.

When: Tuesday, Thursday

Time: 10:30 AM - 11:30 AM

Level: Beginners & those with mobility issues

Restorative Yoga

Deeply relaxing poses held longer with prop support for maximum restoration.

When: Wednesday, Friday

Time: 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM

Level: All levels welcome

Balance & Strength

Focus on poses that build stability, prevent falls, and strengthen muscles.

When: Monday, Thursday

Time: 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM

Level: Intermediate
